2014 Oct 23rd - Q46

President Xi Jinping recently, at a Beijing symposium, gave a call for less "weird architecture" in China. These "weird" buildings referred to buildings like the CCTV Headquarters, the People's Daily Headquarters, and the Gate of the Orient, which have ridiculed for resembling "big pants", a phallus, and long johns respectively. Two others that could fall into this "weird" criteria  include the Guangzhou Circle, and the Wangjing SOHO project. Which specific (different) Chinese artifacts have inspired the two buildings?

This is supposed to be three of these artefacts; notice the arches.
[Highlight blank after arrow for the answer]
=> A Chinese Jade Bi-disk (for the Guangzhou Circle) and three Chinese Fans (for the Wangjing SOHO project) - the latter is designed by the Pritzker laureate Zaha Hadid.
